Weekends almost here and what better way to celebrate The Easter Bank Holiday than to let you loose on a hugely collectable Vespa to get you all excited over and so we present the beautiful and much sought after Vespa SS90 that needs little introduction in the Vespa community – we hope you like it !
Our gorgeous example sourced from a fantastic private collection was restored in the 90’s and was once owned by Eric Tudor of ESP scooters in wigan widely known up and down the country. In fact our little Vespa was part of his collection used on Men & Motors so worth a watch to see it in action and some nostalgic TV.
This Scooter has been dry stored in lovely condition since the 90’s and retains a little patina as you might expect, complete with its dummy tank and centrally located spare wheel making it instantly recognizable. The SS90 is just one of those scooters you want to sit and stare at it looks fast just parked up with its aerodynamic fairing and tank pad to get your head down behind the headlight to reduce drag, I’m not sure I can bend that far anymore.
It might be small but that 88.5cc with the right rider could hit over 90km with its 4 speed and a little bit of a tail wind but this is one for the collectors an instant talking point of any scooter meet.
