Aye up all.. you know what we have ere scoot fans… what we have is an absolute belter of a Lammy up for grabs and one very very very lucky badger is going to get their paws on it very soon.
You might already know but we ride most of our scoots at Aspire.. and oh my this is just superb not just in looks and we will get to that bit but in the way it goes.. from the first kick it makes a cracking noise out of its carbon race can.. and unlike many highly tuned scoots the power delivery on this is gorgeous, it doesn’t feed in one big lump but delivers all the way through the rev range with a lovely surge about midway making this one seriously quick scoot easily one of the best I’ve ridden this year. Lets run through the engine, it’s a TS1-230cc (rumour has it might be a 240cc… ) built on a GP casing with a 62x 110 TT Crank, 6 plate AF clutch and that lovely sounding CST5 exhaust.. barrrp.. barrrpp bbpp!!
Anything that’s quick needs to handle and keeping it on the black stuff is a new set of SIP wheels and Dunlop scoot smart tyres, protect rear shock, BGM front shocks with disc brake and it handles fantastically well.
Additional upgrades are the SIP digital speedo with temp gauge, USB charger and battery in toolbox. And lastly we haven’t discussed that gorgeous paint scheme finished in a sage green and old cream really sets of the period look until you look at the upgrades it has and see this is a lovely restomod.
